How do I contact customer support?

Please keep in mind that Joe and Rebecca run McLafferty Enterpries, LLC and Country Memories Store single-handedly and respond to emails in the spare moments between creating and packing each order. Every email you send is personally read by one of them, so your patience, grace, and kindness are deeply appreciated!

What is Country Memories Store's return policy? 

We offer returns and refunds on unused items within 30 days of receipt. Please email mclaffertyenterprises@gmail.com to inquire about a return. Please place the word RETURN in the subject line. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned items.

Regarding Shipping: 

We ship to the United States, Canada, and all other countries except the UK.

We are, unfortunately, not able to ship to the UK at this time due to tax reasons. If you live in the UK and would like to purchase our products, we are happy to ship to friends or family who live anywhere else in Europe, Canada, or the US, who could possibly forward a package on to you.

We ship using USPS and UPS, and delivery usually takes between 3 and 7 days once an order is fulfilled. Fulfillment times vary depending on the season. We hand pack all orders and and ship them out, so your package may not ship for a few days after you order. Current estimated shipping times are found on each product page.

Shipping outside of the US can be pricey and take longer than 7 days. We do take a small loss on shipping on most international orders, so please rest assured, shipping is less than cost on international orders.
